For clarinetists

Hire Me as Your Coach for Your Most Important Project.
For 30 days.

You already know how to do the work. You're determined to do it well. You put in the hours. You're ambitious.

What you don't need is another month of practice that feels busy but goes nowhere.

You need someone that sees through the messy part, organizes it for you, so you can focus 100% on execution. For 30 days.

You bring the project. I bring the structure. We build the rest together.

How it works

What We Do in Your Coaching

Eight lessons, a setup call, a check-in, and a plan built around your specific project. This is not me doing the work for you. I just make sure the work you do actually counts.

A Project Plan Built Around Your Deadline
We start with a setup call where we map out the 30 days together. You leave with a clear plan and know exactly what to work on and how from day one.
Onboarding Call
Eight Focused Lessons Over 30 Days
Two one-hour online lessons per week, every week. We do structured work on your repertoire, technique, interpretation, and preparation. All in the context of what you're actually preparing for.
8 × 1-Hour Online Lessons
A Check-In When You Need It
One additional call during the month, yours to book whenever makes sense. Use it to recalibrate the plan, work through something specific, or take stock of where you are relative to the deadline.
1 Flexible Check-In Call
Direct Support Between Lessons
Send a voice note or text message anytime. I'll get back to you within one business day. Same day, or next morning. Every single time.

Beyond his unquestionable knowledge and competence on the clarinet and its repertoire, the way he structures his method, if applied consistently, leads to inevitable and tangible progress.

I really loved this course. I found the content clear, practical, and immediately applicable. It helped me make my daily practice far more effective and organized, but above all it made me take a big step forward in the search for my own sound.

I got to expand and improve my practice method, above all in the search for greater technical precision and higher quality of sound (quality, dynamic range, colour, intonation). I feel more secure in performance and I handle moments of stress much better. I feel I've improved thanks to this course, and I've been able to confirm it through outside feedback and recordings of exams and performances. In every lesson I learned something useful and/or gained solid foundations to work from, all while enjoying it and without any kind of negative pressure.

Who Is This For?

This is for you if
  • You're a professional musician or a serious student aiming to go professional, with a concrete project that has a deadline attached to it.
  • You're tired of putting in the work but your practice doesn't turn into the preparation you actually need.
  • You're willing to follow a structured plan, even when that means changing how you've always practiced.
  • You want someone who has been in the arena themselves and will be honest about what the work requires.
This is not for you if
  • You're looking for someone to hand you all the answers. This works because you do the work, not because I do it for you.
  • You need a therapist or a life coach. I'm a musician. We work on your playing and the systems around it.
  • You want short-cut hacks instead of doing the work to build something that lasts over time.
  • You're not planning to take action. If you know you won't implement, do not join.

FAQ

Questions you might have

I already have a teacher. Won't this conflict?
It doesn't have to. I'm not replacing your regular lessons. I'm adding structured project planning, practice system design, and focused preparation for a specific deadline. If you're unsure, bring it up with your teacher. Most will see it as complementary rather than competing.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to finish the month with a real sense of what structured preparation actually feels like. What I can't promise is a specific outcome. Winning an audition or a competition is never 100% in your control, and I won't pretend otherwise.
How do you actually work? What's your approach?
I'm direct and specific and I work from what's in front of me. If something doesn't work, we figure out why and fix the practice. I bring a lot of structure to a part of the process most people treat intuitively, and I'm honest when something is not working.
Can I do another Coaching after this one?
Yes. If you want to keep working together on a new project, you come back at your original rate. That price never increases for returning clients.
What happens if rates go up?
They won't. For you. The rate you lock in stays the same permanently.
About
Andrea Scaffardi

Hi, I'm Andrea Scaffardi

I help clarinetists turn their preparation into a system so they can perform with confidence.

I'm the principal clarinetist of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. Before Bergen I held the same position at the Malmö Symphony. I've performed as a soloist with repertoire ranging from Mozart and Debussy to Stravinsky and Nielsen, several of these performances have been broadcast live on Swedish Radio. I've also appeared as guest principal with the Tonhalle Zurich, the Gothenburg Symphony, and La Scala, and I run regular masterclasses in Italy, Sweden, and Norway.

My approach is systemization. I see where practice lacks structure and help convert it into documented, repeatable, and scalable workflows.
